I was standing at a really busy intersection/crosswalk today. One of the kids with the family next to me said "oh look there's a Pokémon in the street". Sure enough, there it was on his phone. Although he did not go in the street, if he had darted out, he would have been crushed.

It's probably already in the works.

I'm convinced that the Morris Barts of the world got together and created this game.

I don't see how they are liable for people being dumbasses.

There are Pokemon all around me, but I can only see them on my phone. Fertile ground for psychosis, if you ask me.

Theres no reason for him to have to go into the street to catch it if he wants to get it. thats not how the game works. If it shows up on his map then he can get it from there or anywhere else in the vicinity.

Coworker was saying that a lady behind him in line at the store said she tried 3 times to stop and get one on the interstate then had to take the next exit and try again. She put her hazards on though.

I believe it simply because I've personally seen someone stop on i45, put their car in reverse and back up because they missed their exit.

Did not know that. I thought you had to go right up to the virtual Pokémon and grab him. I guess the kid knew what he was doing after all

The app warns of being aware of your surroundings before you log in. Lawsuits are covered

Well, lets see, there have been people lured to sites to be robbed, and one car-ped fatality already linked....Just a matter of hours IMO.

You don't need to walk into a street to catch it though. There is a radius where everything pops up on your phone and all you need to do is click on it in the street

Prob soon because they didn't put up signs warning people to stay out of the fricking street and dark alleys.
