A beer or two a night is what I look forward to during the work day. I'm with ya man.

I have a friend who quit the alcohol and smoking thing shortly after we graduated high school. He is hyped up on caffeine most of the time. He's generally pretty productive.

Is this the drinking thread?

People have been trying to alter their perception since we came out of the trees. There is a reason it's awesome.

If it never existed, no one would miss it.
Too late, screw that!

Preach it. I love a good beer and a good buzz.

I've never had a drink in my life and I feel ok. No real desire to do it, just a decision I made when I was in high school (I'm now 25)

Scotch and cocaine are proof that God loves us.

Well considering I'm not an alcoholic or chain smoker, it's going pretty damn good.

It would be better if you didn't drink and drive.

It's great. There are times I'd like to drown my sorrows but I'm better off dealing with them

I like a drink every once in a while, but I can't say that I would consider life to be "horrible" without them...
