How easy is it really to illegally get a new identity?

I've always wondered how easy it would be in BR if I had to find a way to change identities. The movies and TV shows seem like there's always "a guy" that can make it happen.
Do you think such a service exists in BR? Guess all it would take would be a dirty DMV employee.

Apparently Cox will set up your account with someone elses SSN. They'll let you run up a grand in services and then try to keep the SSN holder on the hook for it.

A hard but legally legit way is the join the French Foreign Legion. You can join under any made up name, after three years you are given a French Passport in that name. French Passport being about equal with the US in terms of acceptance, AND you can travel about Europe and enter many nations Such as the US without a Visa. With a fake alias, and no possible repercussions from bad paperwork.
-But you lose three years of your life in hell and you may die.

Your best bet is DL's. Set 'em up through friends that live in other states. They can be a real life saver.
