How early is too early for yard work?

Neighbor is doing some extensions to his backyard. I've been hearing saws and hammers since 7 this morning. Normally I wouldn't mind but I was planning on sleeping in a little today

Anything before 7 we are typically getting complaints from neighboring properties. Some municipalities have a certain time that you can't crank yard equipment.

Normal and acceptable times do not apply to holidays.

If there's a chance people are off work, be considerate and do the yard work later.

Agree with this.

And no fricking weekends at 7 AM. If you wake me up on Saturday at 7 AM with your lawnmower I'm going to fricking hate you.

holidays that these rule applies to: Christmas, New Years, Easter, thanksgiving

July 4th and Memorial days mandate an early start.

The rest aren't real holidays, especially today
