depends. BRPD can be cool about it. I've seen them enter a house full of smokers and give out one ticket. I've see JPSO give out tickets for a blunt circle. I've seen Kenner police arrest people after finding an old roach in an ashtray.

Hey, that's cool. It happened. Don't know what to tell ya. I'm just a lucky sob when it comes to that shite. I did have surgery planned the next morning so that may have had something to do with them letting me go. Idk. But yep. Happened. Actually saw the white cop a few weeks later while he was working the LSU game and stopped and thanked him for not arresting me.

I used to smoke it regularly and often had it in my vehicle. But I never had more than I could swallow in the event of an emergency.

I won't lie I was shitting a brick the whole time. I thought I WAS going to jail. Then when my parents got to my house they walked them through, showed em what I had n let me go. But yeah, I absolutely had the right cops on the right day.
Also have been detained by the secret service and got out of that one as well. But that's an entirely different story.
And pulled out of the fraternity house for selling vyvanse to a zeta who got caught with it... They drove me around campus for an hour and dropped me back off. No charge, no disciplinary action from LSU.
Idk man. I just get off every time.
