How come houses in poorer neighborhoods have so many cars in front of them?

I drive down a street in a modest working class hood every day, and there are several of these small houses that have crazy numbers of cars in front of them. Today I counted seven (7) cars in front of one little house. 4 in the driveway, 2 on the street, and 1 in the yard.

There ought to be a law against cramming that many people into one house. Bathroom must reek.

Personally i prefer this way, but i think it's interesting how Americans are so set on moving out and living on their own compared to other cultures.

It really bothers me when people park in the street. I don't understand this concept. Park in your garage or driveway. If you need more room then throw all the hoarding shite away you don't use but the street is not a f'ing parking lot.
