How and Where do the Homeless Charge their Cell Phones

Noticed a homeless guy charging his cell phone by unplugging the Christmas greenery in front of the Monteleone Carrousel Bar window. It was practically unnoticeable, but there he was hanging out while his phone was charging. The bellman was clueless.

In NYC they have charging stations all over the place. You can also use the internet on them while you are charging, and my kids and I saw some dude watching explicit gay porn out in the open while we were there this summer. Good times.

Yep. The main branch of our library has a sign on the door saying no showering in there (there is no shower in the place, just a sink). But everyday I see the same group of homeless people just hanging out. I can't say I really blame them though, if I were homeless I'd hang out there too. Read some books, go to the bathroom, get out of the heat.

There's a light pole with a charging port on the side of it outside of Lafayette Square. Always see someone standing there charging their phones. Sometimes they aren't even homeless.

I saw a homeless guy come into Wendy's the other day and plug his phone in, take his non-Wendy's cup over to the drink station and fill it up, then walk outside, leaving his phone on a seat near the outlet charging. The employees behind the counter watched him throughout and said nothing.

I had to use the first floor public lobby restroom in my building once and walked in on a dude giving himself a paper towel bath in the sink. Guess you have to admire the effort.

Was in Vegas last year and walked by a homeless guy that had the (then) just released iPhone 6S. Meanwhile, working guy me looked down at my broken screened iPhone 5 and cursed at the government for a minute.

Saw the guy at the red light in between the interstate and city park (Nola) playing on his cell phone the other day because he thought nobody was watching
