Actually I think it should be Portland, Maine for the best restaurants.

Except for that whole Civil War thing. And parts of eastern Texas being not so much different than some other areas of the South. And being located in the South. And having a significant portion of its historical white population being people from other parts of the South.

I was being serious I travel to Houston all the time and I'm looking for restaurants on par with nola best or better.

Most of these dumbasses don't consider Texas to be part of the south because Texas isnt as racist as Alabama, Mississppi and other states
