House painter needed in Lafayette Area

I am looking for someone to come caulk, sand and repaint my soffits and fascia boards. Does anyone have a recommendation in the Lafayette area? TIA.

How do I find said people? Do I call a painting company or are we talking about Spanish speaking folk?
