Never claim to have liked them. My house was one of the first one finished on my street I got a letter giving me a warning for grass not cut short enough and trash in my yard. Well considering that there was new construction all around my house and my new sod had just been laid two weeks earlier I was not happy about receiving that letter from the HOA. They are ridiculous sometimes but in the long run when I sale it will be worth it.

One of my neighbor's wives made him buy one of those boxes to put by the street to hide the trash...the homeowner's assoc made him take it doun the next day. I still mess with him about that occassionally

We keep ours right outside the garage, kind of to the side. Why would anyone put a stinking tub in their garage in 100 degree heat all summer? That's idiotic.

I would never keep it in my garage. Why make my garage smell? I keep it outside on the corner of my house.

It depends on your house.
At our Baton Rouge house it stays in the garage. Our garage is in front of our house. Our garage never smells either!
At our Pass Christian house the cans are under the carport behind the storage room hidden from street view.
At our previous home the cans were behind the garage (which was in the rear of the house) on the boat port hidden from street view.
