What is the OT's weapon of choice that you keep handy in case of an intruder.

I keep a Smith 44 & 12 gauge beside my bed. My Son has a 20 gauge in his room and my Daughter has a .38 in hers.

Inb4movetoabetterneighborhood- To my knowledge there hasn't been a home invasion within miles of me in years. I would just rather be safe than sorry.

S&W .380 on the nightstand when I'm sleeping. In the passenger seat when I'm driving. In the small of my back when I'm pumping gas. In my purse any other time.

I'm about to get a 9mm.

S&W M&P Pro in 9mm with a TLR-2 in a small safe on the nightstand. Other things in the safe that make bigger booms. Walther PPS usually in my pocket.

A shotgun is the best weapon for home protection. I just learned that on the OB.

That's fricking dumb, by the time you reach for it, it will be too late. To properly protect your family and property you need to learn to sleep with weapon drawn and finger on the trigger.

Just bought a Ruger .357 Magnum revolver last week. Had a couple .22 rifles, but figured it was time for a bit more protection in the home and car.
