Nick Cagley is building my home now and I have no complaints. This is the second home I've built in 3 years, and I can tell you that, paramount to all else, he does what he says he's going to do. Our first go round, with a builder who did a very high volume, we were constantly told that things would happen and they wouldn't. When Nick tells you he's going to do something, he does it. If something is 2 weeks out, he tells you. We are very happy with him.
