Um..I've been doing 3x am I doing something wrong-- just alternate upper and lower, now the one thing I can't figure out is how to strip that layer of fat off of your abs, no matter how much core shite I do I can't get abs like I did in HS.

It's not about how many times. The day that u do it is more important. Mondays are the days that the chest muscles respond to stresses more than any other

I'm going to have to eliminate gluten or something right? Ugh, I mean I'll do it but damn man I love beer during football, and I exercise a ton, I guess past 25 you can't just counterbalance it anymore.

Up your cardio and lower carbs and fat.

Also, if you have a friend that's a vet, get some winstrol (sp?)

And OP, get some pussy so you aren't a moron worrying about chest. Hit it hard twice a week, the extra rest will help results.

Is something wrong with me. There's no way I could get in a major body workout multiple times per week. I'm sore for way too long. I've got a good 4 days of lingering soreness after working a muscle group. Add in working out biceps and triceps on pther days of the week and I've got either a sore chest or spaghetti noodles for arms for a good 5 or 6 days of the week.

I know you can workout through soreness, but I don't want to

How long have you been working out? You shouldn't be sore all week.

OP just do chest whenever it falls in your regular rotation.
