Highway 190 bridge in Baton Rouge

Does anyone know if the old bridge is still closed for maintenance like it was a week ago? From looking at Google maps it looks like there are plenty of people playing bumper cars coming across the new bridge

It is not scheduled to be totally closed again, although there will continue to be single lane closures daily on it for the next year or so.
