Hidden Gems in Louisiana. What are yours?

What are some hidden gems in the Pelican state that are off the beaten path so to speak? Not touristy or well know places/events/etc..

For me hands down it would be holly beach (pre Rita)

I went to Lake Fausse Point this weekend. Great place for some camping, kayaking, fishing, and drinking some beer.
