Here we go again: Transgender Sorority Snub Causes Uproar, defections

Though Alpha Omicron Pi eventually extended a membership offer to the student, Harper Hopkins, the sorority’s national office first hesitated, saying it lacked a policy on admitting transgender students.
Hopkins initially accepted the offer and joined AOII but soon quit, describing the sorority’s initial treatment as an issue of “systemic inequality and structural violence” and decrying AOII’s “oppressive policies and behavior.”

More drama in the Tufts greek community. 
Between that and the gay guy who was "forced" to watch straight porn, I'm starting to think this is a planned attack on greek life there.

I respect their right to do whatever the hell it is they want to do with their bodies. Why can't they respect my right to not want them anywhere around me?
Everything in life is a two way street except for the "tolerance" movement...where if you don't give them EVERYTHING they want, you're going to be called way worse names than you'd ever call them.

No reasonable person would go to Tufts expecting anything but pretty far-left greek life.
Sucks for them, but you know what you're getting into when you go to a private school in Massachusetts that was a liberal arts college for most of its existence.

I don't see what power any of these sjws have over Greek life. I mean obviously they discriminate against everybody. that's the idea behind a bid. Not everybody gets in. They don't even have to have a reason.

They're just the natural enemy of SJWs.
Greek orgs pump out business leaders and conservative pols, and in many ways are the last bastions of non-PC on college campuses.

Bring down the fraternities. Bring down the whole fricking patriarchy.

So they're mad becuase they didnt want a biological male in their house and part of their sorority?
Remember? It doesnt matter if you are transgender into a female it has NOTHING to do with your sexual orientation remember? Identifying as a woman while you are biologically a male doesnt mean you like guys remember? They're totally separate remember?
So this kid, by the own rules of the transgender community, is playing Sorority Boys in real life.
