Aging can seem like a scary prospect, but a wealth of scientific studies have found that youth isn't all it's cracked up to be. There are plenty of cases in which human beings peak well into middle and old age.

Teenagers, for instance, may have vitality on their side, but older people are generally more psychologically stable. And so it goes with several phenomena people experience as they age.

yep. men age like fine wine, women like chicken salad left in the fridge too long

eta and as anyone can attest who is in their 40s/50s and newly divorced, women throw themselves at you.

I'm so glad I skipped over the peak age to settle down (26), because the last 8 years I smashed more hot high quality women than I did the 26 years previous. Seems to me that would have been one of my biggest regret had I missed out on those experiences.

There are a lot of really great looking women in their thirties and older sitting at home nights. A feller who's willing to expand his age preferences can do all right, even if he's not much in the looks department.

I was hoping the "remembering names" peak was still to come for me.
Oh well.

In today's world, I don't get why *most* men would want to settle down before turning 30 or so.

Do you really peak with your happiness with your body at 74, or is that the age that you truly just stop giving a F? And, I doubt men wait until they are 74 to stop caring what their bodies look like.

Man, that age 33-47 for men is pretty depressing. Unless you're gonna make some discovery at 40, which is unlikely for 99.9% of the population. I wonder if depression and suicide rates are higher for men in that age range compared to other ages.

Now you can use this article as an excuse. Sorry, once I hit 22, I hit my quota of names to remember.

Guys chasing toddlers in their forties or dealing with hormonal teenagers in their fifties would like to have a world with you.

True. But men are becoming as shallow as women. Maybe moreso.

I agree most of these women have a kid or two. Just from my experience. If you dont mind this then tap away.
