I'll update when I know more, going to try switching foods and see if that does the trick.
He's not drinking no water, just not as much as he should be

Was he having diarrhea any with the hookworm/meds?
If so, maybe try a bland diet. Maybe he's not eating much cause his tummy hurts him. Think when you have a stomach bug...you are a lil nervous to eat.
My lab just got over some tummy troubles related to a camping trip we went on. We had him on nothing but chicken and rice until he was done with his meds. All his labs for parasites came back negative, but vet had him on dewormers and antibiotics just in case.

he has a blockage, you need to get him to the vet...same thing happened to my dog and it was a corn cob he had gotten a hold of.

Take him to the vet right away if he's not eating.
My cat wouldn't eat for a few days when I took him to the vet turned out he had a broken jaw and they had to wire his mouth.

Awww, poor thing. Did you feel like crap for not taking him in sooner? I would have. Stuff like that is why I will just go ahead and bring them in. I'd rather look like an over worried pet owner and everything be ok than something serious is wrong and my poor pet suffered because I didn't want to take them in.

Get him to the vet first thing in the morning unless you find one open at this hour. He really needs to be seen by a vet, though and probably pretty damned quick.

It always amazes me that these all star pet owners come to the OT for advice when a simple call to the vet would answer any and all questions.

UPDATE:
We went to the local pet store by our house (the guy really knows what he's talking about). We got him some bone broth to mix in with his food until he is over all his meds and stuff.
When we came home he did drink a decent amount of water, still no food. Once the bone broth de thaws I will try it and report back!
And whoever called me cheap, I've got no problem taking him to the vet (free 1st month from the shelter anyway). I'm just not sure more meds or whatever the vet will do is the solution. As long as he's drinking water he will be okay.
Now if the broth doesn't work and he still hasn't eaten by tomorrow evening we will reevaluate

When did I call myself an all-star? You just sound like an a-hole, it's the same vet he went to just a few days ago and they seemed to think everything was fine other than the stuff they gave him meds for.
So excuse me for using more than one source for all my answers

Do you know how to check your dog for dehydration? You really don't want to get into that situation. Not drinking enough water is nothing to fool around with. You asked and just about everyone told you to get to the vet. I don't get what the downside is to taking your pet in. At least, check for dehydration. It can happen quickly.
For food, you can try a plain scrambled egg or boiled chicken (no seasoning) and plain rice.
Is the dog acting lethargic at all? Peeing, pooing? Can he get to any cat poo in your yard? That can really upset doggie stomachs. Is the dog eating grass?
Friend of mine went through this recently. Tests were all negative including an MRI. Now, the dog is on prednisone and eating great. He ate for a few days after a steroid shot and then stopped when it wore off. Still trying to figure it out.

My dog gets where he doesn't want to eat any kind of dog food sometimes, I buy him some tuna, and he will eat the hell out of that stuff, and be back to eating normal in a couple of days.
But then again, he is the craziest dog I have ever seen.
