I never said there were quotas. But there are absolutely "goals" and "timetables" repeatedly upheld.
Do you understand how federal funding works?
The government doesn't have to pass a law to require a certain goal of minority employment. They simply have to threaten to withhold highway funds and education funds or grants of a state or institution doesn't meet a certain goal or time table. They do this all the time.
And no, I don't have to provide you with a link, because, as you said, it is fact, I know it, and therefore you have to accept it.

You grew up with socioeconomic privilege. Many of us grew up poor or working class in the South. We were equals.
Don't project your life on others.
Social justice warriors are usually feminists or feminine males who feel guilty about growing up with well off parents, but are too afraid of turning loose of the benefits so they want government to enact laws to affect everyone.
