that is just north of I-10 in Jackson County. The story is, the guy that lives there has been complaining to the nearby airport about noise and drone tests. The airport is not commercial but Lockheed Martin develops drones at the airport and tests them. Supposedly, this guys thinks they are spying on him and other tinfoil hat crap.

Oh, and yes...that is a pretty crappy area.

He definitly put some time in that roof effort. Looks pert near perfect. Left out the exclamation point though.
