How these trolls keep up their absurd "they're all just trashy, criminal bikers and deserve to sit in jail" bit after it's been shown most of them had no criminal record nor did they do anything illegal that day is beyond me.
don't know how RICO works, or if it was implemented in wacko, but there were demonstrations going on down there the last couple of days by biker brethren because apparently there are 100 or more being held that haven't been charged with anything

I would be cool if the people who did not commit a crime, as evidenced by the multiple unreleased videos, were released.
On a side note, how many videos do you think exist?

I'd be fine with this. Those three clubs chose to participate in the fight and if you're in one of them you know being profiled and arrested comes with the territory. All the guys from the other clubs just need cut loose though, even if you hate bikers it's a violation of civil rights to lock someone up for wearing motoryccle clothes.

What about the individuals in the 1% clubs that did not break any laws? Many of them were not even off of their bikes yet.
I am all for arresting anyone that committed a crime that day. Even the possible murderers that had commissions and badges need to be arrested, if they broke the law.
I would like to see all of the videos.

This too. I think the whole investigation should be done by an outside agency because Waco PD are complicit. However if the Cossacks, Bandidos, and Scimitars were the only three clubs fighting they can't cry about being arrested till it's all figured out. Everyone else they arrested got hosed.

Exactly this. Take the bikers who were fighting, shooting, and stabbing and throw the book at them to the fullest extent of the law.
But take the rest who were not doing anything illegal and let them go free.
And for the record, thd responsibly for what happened in Waco, or at least most of it, I firmly believe lays at the feet of the 1%er clubs and their never ending fight over who gets to wear what patch or call thrmselves a club. The biker lifestyle is supposed to be based on two main things, freedom, and respect. Well a fundamental right is thd right to assembly. Just as the 1%ers don't want the cops coming down on them for wearing a patch, the 1%ers should practice what they preach and stop coming down on other clubs about patches they wear or where they can go. If clubs would mind their own business and stop worrying about what some other group is wearing, shite like Waco would not happen.

I've given up even trying to explain it to them.

All they're interested in is trolling and being smartasses anyway.
Posted on 6/12/15 at 4:18 pm to Darth_Vader
Not really. I just find it amusing when you get all serious about the "biker lifestyle."

You finally said something I agree with. The Bandidos and other 1% outlaws use the COC to bully clubs into joining and then extort them. If your not in the COC they claim you can't wear certain colors.

One small point of contention, everything link or article you've quoted specified they had no convictions in Texas. It doesn't mean they have no criminal records or haven't been associated with criminal activity.

On this subject, you and I agree 100%. I've seen it with my own eyes and it's not right.

I don't know what to tell you here. I this was a meeting of only Texas chapters so I'm guessing everyone there was from Texas. It's very rare for someone to be a member of a chapter of a MC and not reside in the state where that chapter is located.

Go look at AP stories detailing how all the bikers inside Twin Peaks never took part in any fight nor did they shoot at anyone.
Ahhhh, so you are just going to take their word for it when they say it in a news story. In that case, probably should have let Bundy free too.

Ok, then why are people who don't belong to those clubs still in jail?
There is not a chance in hell you have any idea which guys belong in jail and which, if any, don't belong in jail and hence, the reason for a trial and let a jury decide.

1. It's already an established fact the gathering that day in Waco was a monthly COC meeting and not some nefarious meeting of "outlaws" to " plan out future criminal activity".
Run by a criminal organization. Why would you go attend a Gambino family meeting. Seems like if you do and you get rounded up with the rest, maybe you're sitting where you belong if for no other reason than being a dumb arse in deciding to associate with a criminal organization.
