Sitting in it now at the bridge. It's moving but at a snails pace
Edit: looks to be about a 10 car pile up in the port Allen Lane for the Plaquemine/Port Allen exit. I just passed it

I'm so glad I come through this clusterfrick arse early in the morning. I hate getting up that early, but it's well worth not fighting traffic every damn day.

one of the biggest problems is people staying in the right lane heading west to the exit to port allen then cutting traffic off to switch lanes to jump to the plaquemine exit.

well considering it was designed years ago- probably when the west side still traveled by horse and buggy- its really not that bad. It was never intended to accommodate the amount of traffic it sees today.
