Have you ever snuck in an ingredient that someone "didn't eat"?

Like if they claim to be "gluten-free" or vegan or vegetarian or didn't like okra or some other vegetable or stuff, and so you say "Oh no, there's none of that in there".
And then they eat it and say how good it is?
I'm not talking about sneaking shrimp in on someone with shellfish allergies or something that could harm them, but some people are insufferable about it.
Yeah, that "vegan casserole"? Full of animal products. You didn't know any better and loved it and nothing bad happened to you.
Same with the "gluten-free" whatever.
You don't have a gluten-allergy you silly soccer mom.
What percentage of "allergies" or "I can't eat that it does this" nonsense do you think are purely made up?

not really. I did however fill up an empty bottle of crown with seagrams 7 and my brother in law didn't notice the difference.

I cooked for a vegetarian girl once. Big veggie Mexican dinner. Didn't think about how I used chicken stock in the beans until we were all eating. She lived and never knew better.

My dad cooked a bunch of gar one time for my moms side of the family, told them it was catfish...they loved that shite.

At a restaurant I worked at, one of the servers accidentally brought the cream topping to a bread pudding souffle to a diner in lieu of his salad dressing. It was an iceberg wedge from what I recall. Rather than stop him from eating it the chef wanted to see if he would notice (yes he was fat). He inhaled the whole thing and didn't think twice.
Not really the same thing but it was worth sharing.

One time this chick didn't eat lobster.
She kept ruining my weekend and even told my SO at the time that I had a small dick after she walked in on me changing. But I had been in the pool.
My SO left me because she thought a certain something isn't all that it could be, but in fact it's all that it should be and more.
I made breakfast for everyone and snuck lobster in her eggs without telling her.
Very satisfying.

no...I respect peoples likes and dislikes. I won't cook special for them I will just let them know if it has something in it they don't eat.

there are people that actually have Celiac disease...while obviously a lot of people self diagnose themselves with it or with "sensitivity", I'm not taking that chance

My wife hates mushrooms (atleast she thinks she does). My uncle and I were grilling one day and grilled up some marinated portobellos. My wife asked what it was and I told her that they were grilled eggplant. She tried them and loved them. She still doesn't know that she likes mushrooms
