Koreans own the dry cleaning market. Vietnamese own the nail salon market. Chinese own the take out food market. Japanese own the fetish porn market.

As far as the Vietnamese, it goes back to the 70's. There was an actress (I believe) who noticed they were good with nails and helped a few of the war refugees get started with their own shops in L.A. It spread from there.
