Having been following the BTR shooting since it happened this morning, gotta say that the original post regarding the topic has been pretty informative.....definitely a lot more positives than negatives with usual mix of everything in between.

And as always, news broke here before any place else. Way to geaux boys.....yall did good. Prayers to all who got impacted in any way with this tragedy!!

We don't have to answer for reporting false information like a news agency would so that's a major advantage that legitimate news outlets don't share.

Since when are they having to answer? They get crap wrong all the time, frequently intentionally wrong.

Agreed but more often than not i would rather at least know it and make my own judgement on it while it gets verified by the official channels :)
