Is it closed?
They went private not long after they spent an arm and leg installing a state of the art golf cart path.

The word was Dichary was going to build a pretty nice size club house as well.

I heard Gary Chouest is going to high fence it and start breeding animals out there.

They have a few high fence breeders out that way already.

If it closed, that's a shame. The new cart paths were breathtaking.

If Chouest turns it into a high fence breeding facility, there's gonna be a lot of houses for sale in there.

Yep he has some in Texas and Africa as well. Sounds like he wants another one in Raceland

I know when you have that much money you can do whatever the hell you want, but that seems like a waste.

He can honestly be at his place in Texas almost as quickly as he can get to Raceland.

I was told second hand that they brought the employees into a meeting and told them it was either going to go back semi-public or they would close it down. That's been a few weeks though.

How exactly can a cart path be "breathtaking?"
