I just want to thank the poster that posted about this podcast (about what if Germany won WW1). I ended up downloading all the free episodes I could and the first one I listened to "prophets of doom" was incredible. I have moved on to the next which is the assassination of Ferdinand and am loving it. I just wanted to send a Made my Nashville to Memphis drive more tolerable.

Hardcore History is awesome and Blueprint for Armageddon is fascinating. I found myself looking forward to my commute so I could listen to it.

I use the stitcher app on the iPhone.

Easy to use, I have a favorite's playlist I check nightly and it updates with all the newest podcast I'm following. Up to how many hours old they are.

Dan Carlin also does 'common sense' which is his take on current events and politics.

I love me some Dam Carlin. HH is tGOAT podcast for sure

I really recommend the prophets of doom as well. It's a one episode podcast (granted it is 4 hours long)

Interested in his common sense podcast. What does stitcher provide that the normal podcast app doesn't?

Stitcher is free

Here is a pic of my "favorites" I can add a me delete as I find goof podcast or my interest change. And I don't have to search and see when the latest has come out, it auto updates them

I have tried a couple others over the years, but stitcher always seemed to just be the easiest to use.

Will download.

love stuff you should know. I actually tried to get a job with howstuffworks (they are in Atlanta). I went into their office trying to deliver my resume and the place was a ghost town. Still don't know why

Prophets of Doom is great. You're gonna shite your pants when you get to Wrath of the Khans. It's sooooooo good.

No one played on the Eastern Front. It was an entirely different war than the Western Front.

Only thing that is disappointing is how rarely they are released. Granted I 100% understand why.

I didn't even know he had one on that. He's got one called Blueprint to Armeggedon thats about WWI. It's really good but not alternative history.

Without a doubt his best work IMO.

Is it still free or do you have to buy it? Whatever he charges for the purchased series it's still well worth it.
