So who is celebrating Dyngus Day in New Orleans?
Think Mardi Gras, but on the other side of lent - so its bringing back all the booze and fornication and debauchery....plus, dumping water on girls and hitting them with pussywillows.
It is officially named the 8th best celebration around.

Live music by Debauche and the G-string Orchestra, Polish food and spirits. “Dyngus Day is the holiday for people who are disappointed to think that the spirit animating Mardi Gras lives only once a year,” says club owners.
