I don't see any incidents other than a minor accident between Acadian and College on I-10. Mostly looks like plain ol' congestion. V > C

Rosedale road to lobdell. Cut behind loves on the service road. 3/4 of the way down there's a pipeline, cut across and jump on the interstate there.
