I'm always amazed at how long people will wait in the drive-thru line. Granted, the Chik fil A line moves quicker than any other fast food place, but these days I just run in and am in/out in 2-3 mins. The "double barrel" drive thrus have helped a bit- but the one on College is still a mess... at all hours.

By one of my offices, people will stop in the middle of the service road to turn into Chik fil a. They'll take up the two right lanes of a 3 lane service road trying to get into the backed up lot. All while people are barreling off the interstate at 70 mph. It's super dangerous. I refuse to eat at that particular one because of how regularly it screws up traffic.
