Went and played paint ball for the first time yesterday. Bruised from head to toe. Had a blast. Don't get caught in the crossfire. Be sure and doubled tap to make sure you get a kill! I got lucky and had a ton of balls fly off me w/o breaking! Can't wait to do it again!

Freeze one of yours before you go so you can really frick someone up! If you just freeze one they will never catch you!

One dude had a riffled barrel model. It broke the skin on my leg through jeans. I can't imagine what a frozen ball would do.

So you're good at softly accepting balls that come at you?

I think cheaper balls are harder to break. We were using the facility's balls, which was required. The balls were laying on the floor and I reused a ton of balls that were shot and didn't bust.

Went paint balling for the first time a couple months ago. It was fun, except for the 40 minute shower I had to take just to cleans myself of all the paint that took over my body.

I found my old paintball gun when I was moving the other day. Might have to fire it up again and do some damage to the neighborhood cats.

what a dumb fricking thread. Anyway I was big into it in junior high school. Probably spent 2-3 thousand over a year or so. Cost was like 60 for field, air, paint. We always snuck our own cheap paint that didn;t burst but bruise the shite out of people. I used to also have an allen wrench in my pocket so I could turn up the velocity. Never obeyed the 20 foot rule. We used to stick our razors(cell phone) in our maske and have a group conversation Best place to play is Shreveport, off limits. Miss that fricking tipman 98 flatline, give me an extra 50 to 100 yrds

I used to be big into paintball years ago. I started an online store while I was in college which lead to me using a building and some land my uncle had to open a store and field. Used to host church groups constantly at the field. It was fun for a college job but I shut the local store down, sold all of my inventory, and sold the online business. I used that money to buy my first repo house to flip and have been doing that since then.

I used to have an Angel, Autococker, and a Bob Long Intimidator. Like $4000 in guns just for my own personal use. I had a team I sponsored and was on and we traveled and played in speedball tourneys. It was such a blast.

This was 13 years ago and I notice that every now and then Paintball sort of comes back around but it still has never reached the popularity from when I had my business and I don't think it ever will around here. It's always been huge on the West coast though.

I've still got all my gear. We were pretty heavy into it. I miss playing.

If paintballs we like 5 and 10 dollars than yeah it would grow. It used to cost us like 50-60 to play which no one could afford in junior high.

That seems to be why airsoft is so popular. Cheaper and you can reuse the ammo.

Same here. I had a Vm-68 that threw some serious fps.

I shot my friend in the forearm on accident one day at point blank range and he needed stitches. Folks took it away and I never saw it again.
