Got bit by a dog running.

Did it draw blood? I'd worry about diseases first off. And then maybe just talk to the owner before going through all the police report bullshite.

Yes and file a lawsuit against the owners. they are liable for everything pain and suffering and collateral damages

You should definitely go to the doctor and file a report.

I would do everything in my power to have the dog legally put down. the owners have to pay. a german sheperd could easily kill someone...espcially if a kid ran by...dog needs to be put down and owners in jail.
