Are many of the guys regular cigar smokers? If not you should go mild.
And don't go all crazy expensive, either. Most will light them to be sociable and go along with the program, but will put them down at first opportunity.
Don't waste good money AND great cigars.
Go to JR.com and buy some Consuegras from Honduras. These are bundled "seconds" of the old Honduras American Tobacco, S.A. (HATSA) factory, their brands include: Punch, Hoyo de Monterrey, El Rey del Mundo, Excalibur, Belinda, among others. All VERY solid, good cigars. The Consuegras or "Connies" as we in the cigar forum world call them, are damn good cigars at decent pricing.
Don't want to buy good Padron Anniversarios, or Ashton, or Diamond Crown, among others for amateur or non-smokers. Just not smart.
