quote:

American political correctness has obviously never perpetrated the brutality of a communist government, but it has also never acquired the powers that come with full control of the machinery of the state. The continuous stream of small-scale outrages it generates is a testament to an illiberalism that runs deep down to its core (a character I tried to explain in my January essay).

The scene in Columbia and the recent scene in New Haven share a similar structure: jeering student mobs expressing incredulity at the idea of political democracy. As far as the students are concerned, they represent the cause of anti-racism, a fact that renders the need for debate irrelevant. Defenses of p.c. tactics simply sweep aside objections to the tactics as self-interested whining. “It’s not about creating an intellectual space,” shouts one Yalie.

Keep on counting your zero fricks given, those who are thinking that way.

Just wait until they get real power and they'll have no qualms using "muscle" to hurt, rape, intimidate and kill.

We fought wars to stop the spread of this bullshite around the globe. Spilled blood and destroyed families. Now we are voting it into office because we are a bunch of idiots.

Honestly, this is probably a frick that everyone should give.

I know it's cool and all to be all Jay Cutler and not give a frick, but this is something that can truly affect us all. What we've witnessed in Missouri, and really over the past couple of years, where misinformation and lies have caused massive riots and uprising is scary.

We're supposed to be living in the information age, yet truth doesn't matter. Someone could literally make up some shite about you, create outrage on social media, and totally destroy your livelihood.

These are fricks I do give.

Yep. You think those Duke lacrosse players aren't going to have that stigma follow them the rest of their lives?

Well you shouldn't. Some vacuous dork on here is going to mock you by facetiously screaming "TAKE BACK ARE COUNTRY", chasing perceived low-hanging fruit.

We are entering a society that resembles something far more dystopian than I would have thought plausible when I read books like 1984, Brave New World, etc., in HS (less than a decade ago).

I know you meant dystopian, and I agree. Those books are tame compared to what I can foresee for this country's future.

Nope.

Name me one without googling it. And its not like they have anything of their records from it.

If you saw that entire team on the street, would you recognize a single player?

I get that this shite is bad, but that was a bad example. They were publicly exonerated.

But I do agree with this.

People see race, not truth or reality. They don't pause and think. They just irrationally act.

Even more despicable to me are the politicians who know its all rooted in bullshite and pander to it for votes and popularity. Those people should be banned from public office for fanning the flames.

Your reference is outdated, bro. Everyone knows it's Janice from accounting who don't give a frick.
