Not a dipper, but just imagine what you'd look like without half your face.

Smokey Mountain is good.

Otherwise just stop.

Dad found my dip in my sock drawer when i was in high school. He made me eat almost the entire can, chew, and swallow. I turned every shade of green there was. Threw my guts up. Now i cant even look at it, much less dip it. Good luck. It's an expensive habit.

I just went cold turkey. I used a nicotine patch once or twice to kill a bad craving, but you're just delaying your withdrawals if you do them much

I'm trying to quit. Quit dipping the longcut and started dipping pouches instead. I was dipping 3 pouches at a time a few weeks ago and now I'm down to a single pouch. Hopefully by the start of 2015 I'll be done with it

I dipped a can of Copenhagen a day for 15 years. I quit cold turkey. Out of the blue. My advice--work out and chew gum and try not to annoy the frick out of people close to you.

I used the pouches for years. I would do two pouches at a time and I'd go through about a can a day. It was about $2.85 a can after taxes, so that's about $20/week I could save.

if you start smoking it should make quitting dipping really easy

1. Close your eyes
2. Imagine your breathe not smelling like an a-hole
3. The end

I don't understand how someone can even get started dipping. First it is one of the most nasty unsanitary ahit ever that it takes a certain breed to even think about doing it.

Also where and who do yall pick it up from? I'm 32 and may have known or know life 5 people in my life that dip.

It's like the dippers are the backwoods redneck characters for the most part that are unclean and uneducated. Who wants to emulate them by spitting tobacco everywhere??

only times i want one is when im drunk, and even then its not that bad

maybe im just not a tobacco fiend

but sunflower seeds and chewing gum did help when i wanted it

I haven't quit. But sometimes I will eat sunflower seeds, if I don't have any dip, and that seems to satisfy the urge pretty well.

Good luck

Eat a can and you won't dip again.

I quit smoking by switching to cigars... then quit cigars by switching to meth... so now I'm nicotine free!
