Head to Chicago for Cubs games. Few questions
If you sat in bleacher seats how early did you get there to get a good seat? Know its GA
Also other than Wrigleyville area what are some other good bars to hit after a day game? Someone mentioned "old town"
Thanks

My recommendation is to keep your head low and when the shooting starts, get on the ground.

Might want to repost on the travel board.

Grab a drink at the rooftop bar at the Chicago Athletic Association.

There's bars across the street of right field, you can grab some beers there and wait until the line fills up.
If you want front row though you better plan on 3-4 hours before the game starts.

Recommend The Pump Room, Capone's old hang out, as a good place to eat.

Go to Weiners Circle for the authentic Chicago dog experience, and make sure to ask for a milk shake. They're fantastic.

Recommend a bulletproof vest, you'll thank me later.

i'm known to my friends as the OTPK (Old Town Pussy Killer).
Hit up the Old Town Ale House, and enjoy the artwork!
I always try and see a show when i'm in town, some venues to check and see if any good bands are playing:
- empty bottle
- schubas
- riviera
- metro
- lincoln hall
- vic theater
- auditorium theater

Garfield park conservatory. Go at night though, the light show is well worth it.

Go to "Pequods" pizza. Best deep dish in Chicago.
I fly in tomorrow for work, was going to go to the Cubs game, but decided to go to the Blackhawks game.

If you're white, the south side of the city will be very welcoming of you
