Getting rid of Gift Cards you don't want?

Anybody have any suggestions? I have a large gift card that was issued because I returned something after 30 days to a store. Which is just bullshite to begin with. The items I returned they have been selling for several years and still do.
Anyway, tried eBay, but they have a $500 limit unfortunately. Any other suggestions?

What stores are the Gift Cards for?

Go to the store and ask for multiple gift cards in smaller denominations and then sell on eBay or one of those webuygiftcards.com sites?

Restoration Hardware. About $880.
Tough sell I'm sure.

Not a bad idea. That way I could sell on eBay at least. I would hope they would do this, but I have a feeling they're going to be a PITA.

Some of these cash advance places will buy them off of you for 75%

Found an app called raise that you can list on.
Only downside is they take 15%, on top of whatever discount your offering.

Thought there was a website where you could trade gift cards with other users.

There are several of these... never tried them though. Sounds like the store the gift card is for may be fairly specialized... not sure how much luck he'll have, but it'd be worth a shot.
