I'm in the market for a new wallet. Have had a leather checkbook wallet the past few years so it doesn't feel as much like a brick in my back pickets as a bi fold/tri fold

Is it necessary to spend a nice chunk of change on a wallet or does price not equal quality?

I know a guy who makes hand made, custom stuff. Awesome quality. Check him out.

Can make some very, very detailed stuff, or some straightforward minimalist stuff.

Tumi bifold, Pierotucci Bifold, Tumi Money clip depending on whether I am traveling, in suits, or causal that week.

I have had the Pierotucci Bifold for 6 years and it still smells brand new. It is low profile and very durable.

Something similar to that ridge wallet. Love it, never going back. Doesnt feel like im sitting on a brick all day.

Mine is completly elastic though so its even thinner. Has lasted two years ,cost 15 bucks.
