Some poor hoss stopped into a gas station where she bought a bag of Doritos and then poured nacho cheese on them.

She has been in intensive care for 3 weeks.

Honestly if that decision reflects her normal eating habits, she was well on her way to the hospital regardless

There are food items you just don't buy from a gas station. I see sushi when I go to a 7-eleven. Who buys sushi from a 7-eleven?

I once ate nacho cheese from the gas station.

I had to use chips to eat it with. I would have preferred crackers but I was craka lackin.

That's rough.

I hope she pulls through.

However, I think this question has been answered:

You should try the chili out of the squirt pump. Chili & cheese is where its at!

I don't know about sushi but I stopped at the Pilot in LaPlace and put a little pool of nacho cheese and some nanner peppers in the corner of my boat containing two delicious Buffalo Cheesy Chicken Rollerbites.

7-11 Nachos are the bomb. I worry more about their open-to-sneezes condiments tray than the faux cheese machine.

I would pissed off if my family gave pictures of me unconscious in an ICU bed to the press like that.
