Divorced augmentation is more like it
That and the awful reactions they don't tell you about. As the body ramps up the immune system to fight the foreign objects just installed. Not all but a fair percentage of people face many side effects of an hyperactive immune system that once depleted leaves them extremely susceptible to illness.
Good luck. My wife's nursed 3 kids and there's no way in hell I'd let her get em done. Maybe a lift one day but frick no to implants.
Oh tell him to enjoy having to have them redone in 10-15 years

My friend Bill sends his thanks to all of those that have replied.
He said after reading this he is not opposed to a lift or reduction to get lift but is opposed to an enlargement.
He recognizes there is some fabrication with the replies in this thread and believes his marriage is on very solid ground. States they both enjoy each other's company and are intimate at least twice a month.
