Honestly, it goes like this. Those that want breast augmentation generally are looking for attention and seek gratification and acceptance from others based on their physical looks. I don't think breast augmentation causes divorce but it demonstrates a shallow and insecure person. However, generally once the breast augmentation happens, the woman receives that attention she wants and it often leads to a cheating episode.

My wife had a rebuild 3 years ago. We're still happily married and it gave her the confidence to get the rest of her body back to pre-baby form.

It might not automatically lead to divorce but here's the usual scenario:
1. Wife wants new tits (which really means she is generally dissatisfied with something.)
2. Wife gets new tits. And immediately wants to show them off. This means low cut shirts and more bar trips with girlfriends.
3. Wife likes attention new tits brings and flirting with guys.
4. Wife decides she needs new husband, too.
OP should have counselor and/or divorce attorney on call.

From what I know about her, she has never been the type to seek or crave another man's attention. If she does, she is great at hiding it from everyone, including her husband.

Don't make this decision based on what she could potentially do with her new boobs. Either she's whore or she's not. If she wants to bang other guys, it's not because of her breasts. It's because she's a shitty wife. I would never take preventive actions hoping to keep my wife faithful. She cheats, I leave. Simple as that.
