I saw that it closed permanently yesterday. I was just there a week ago. Anyone know why?

The food sucked and they overbuilt for the area.

Wonder if they try and burn it down again for some last ditch insurance money

That building is going to look even more out of place than it already did with it not being used.

Honestly, I'm surprised they rebuilt the restaurant. It was never that great, other than the view. Food was mediocre, drinks overpriced and quite weak.

Yeah they filed a while back. Had said they were going to still try and make it work.
Seems they spent way too much in the rebuild to make it unreasonable to turn a profit

I believe they spent $8 million on the building. What the hell where they thinking.
It wasn't the same owner as when it burned. It was an investment group

It would have helped if their food and service were even halfway decent.

Hopefully someone with some actual business knowledge gets it and does something smart with it.

If it's not burned down again for $$$
