For those with exotic boots, what cleaner/conditioner do you use?

I've got a pair of elephant skin boots, had some cleaner and conditioner several years ago that I lost. Haven't done anything to them since then. What brands of cleaner and conditioner do you use on your exotics?

I always just buy a new pair. There are plenty of elephants to go around.

Black rhino is a little more tricky.

Once you stain elephant skin it ain't coming out. Best to donate to Good Will, if they'll take it that is.

Saphir de Renovateur is considered the best of the best in the luxury shoe world.

Finish with a polish which matches your color. Look at the color chart they have here. LINK

I don't know what luxury shoe circles you travel in, but me and my crew wouldn't polish a homeless person's arse with that swill. I'll assume you're trolling or have no idea what you're talking about.

You may spend what you like but nothing works better than saddle soap. Have used on almost every type of leather with the same results, clean supple leather.

If you don't know Saphir, then.... well, I've seen what you post, so it's not surprising.

Are you really questioning me on this? Look kid, I know three things: roofing, ice fishing, and luxury fricking shoes.

Sure, it's always cute when some punk kid floods his Facebook with pictures of his new emu-skin crocs, but trust me you haven't been in this world like i have.

Look son, when you dismissed the polish which has been used at every one of the big European shoe houses for a hundred years, you showed your hand. If you call the pros at Epaulet (something else you haven't heard of) and ask them what to use on the $1200 custom runs you just bought, they're going to say one thing. Look at what Crockett and Jones uses in their videos....or anyone for that matter.

So twelve hundred dollars equals luxury shoes now? That's adorable.

And those "experts" you seem so fond of haven't been relevant since 2006. But keep on posing like an aficionado if it makes you feel classy or whatever.

Nah, I'll defer to the expert ice-fisherman/roofer/luxury shoe aficionado who doesn't know Saphir.

Why don't you go post another OT-rich funny, aka "just throw it away/washing clothes is trashy, just get new ones," like you have multiple times today. Pattern posters of ancient jokes are a true gem here.

At least he can string intelligent sentences together. He also dosen't have to steal Facebook profiles, start a numbnutted tier thread or yell "German" every five seconds to get attention.

I should've gone with my gut instinct and posted this on the OB. Nothing good comes from the OT.
