My ex wife was arrested for DWI and reckless operation Saturday. Could this help with my custody. Right now I'm domiciliary parent and split true 50/50 custody.

Thanks

Only if your kid was in the car with her. Other than that, probably not.

if the kids were in the vehicle then absolutely.

if they were not, she's just a shitty irresponsible driver.

Ya down with ODC?

(Yeah, you know me...)

I still don't want Chuck's job - although it would be awesome to have the mention of my name instill fear and loathing among the members of the bar at large.

I really hope so. What a trashy individual. I also hope you're not paying her bills.

I just finished my divorce and I have custody of my 15 year old son. Yes. Her being arrested for DWI does help your case if you choose to pursue it. Of course, age of your children & their desire can influence also. Be prepared to spend $... I spent over $15,000 all together, but it was worth it for me. My son wanted me to fight for him. Tough times... good luck

Lucky bastard.. I won't hurt, but it won't help a lot either.. I had mine admit to the judge that she drank and drove with my kids and nothing happened..so good luck..

Terrible advice, why pay for legal counsel when you can get it here for free?

Same thing with health-care, which is why I'm about to start the "How much blood in my urine should cause concern?" thread.

In a divorce, it's good to be a woman.

That's the only time, though.
