HIGHLANDS COUNTY, Fla. —

A Highlands County, Florida, mother is under fire after posting a video to Facebook that shows a rat snake biting her 1-year-old daughter.

quote:

The mother said that she has “no regrets” after she let the snake intentionally bite the child several times, WFTS reports.

"It had bitten me and my son and didn't leave a mark, several times," she said to WFTS. "So, I thought it was a good opportunity to introduce her without actually getting hurt."

She is a sadistic b*tch. This is not an appropriate lesson for a baby.

She gets extra trashy points for bragging about it on social media.

Look now, you live in my house you gonna get bit by the snake, regularly. Just the way it is, don't tell me how to live my life I won't tell you how to live yours. I figure might as well get the young'ns used to it while they're still shittin yeller.

Interesting. After watching the video I'm leaning towards a verdict of not guilty.

Jesus Christ, I gave a Floridian the benefit of the doubt that this was fake. I'm losing my edge.

Who the frick actively goes out and gets their baby bitten by fricking snake?

And shocking that this woman also respects Cartman. I mean, really the news is coming over and that's the best you have to wear in front of them? It seems to me she's just asking the state to take her kids from her. And of course the father is no where to be found either.

That is one gif that seriously needs to be banned. I hate when it shows up.

That gif has given me nightmares. When I dug it up to post earlier, I saw several others that were similar with cobras and babies. I was like,"WTF?" I read deeper and found that snake charmers typically cut the fangs out and then sew the mouths shut. Then they make YouTube videos like that to frick with our sleep.

Here's a video of a Jack Russell vs a cobra. Just because....

The mother said her daughter was not hurt because the snake has teeth “too small to actually puncture the skin,” WFTS reports. Her intention was to teach her child a “valuable lesson” on how to handle reptiles, she said to WFTS.

There are some suckers falling for sensationalized media reports. Smh
