Wanting to start taking fish oil supplement and am seeing recommended dosages all over the map....1-3 grams of Omega 3 content per day all the way up to 1/2 gram for every 10 LB of body weight which is closer to about 10 grams per day for me.

How much do the OT workout alphas take?

fish oil

I've also read an interesting article saying the initial studies on fish oil were flawed. The indigenous study population were only assumed to have lower cardiac disease. Later studies showed this population had higher than average cardiac disease. Thus you could question the benefits of fish oil in relation to eart health.
