Mine was Fright Night. the 1985 version - opening scene. My older brother had gotten the VHS. He and his friends treated it like the holy grail.
The actress? I have no idea.
Edit: IMDB tells me it was Heidi Sorenson who apparently was 1981 Playmate of the Year.
