Fireworks Debris Cleanup Etiquette Question

Which would be more appropriate for dealing with debris in your yard from your trashy neighbors fireworks, get the blower out at 6:30 am and blow it all in their yard or tell them to come clean it up themselves?

Little f-ers were walking down my road throwing fireworks in everyone's yard last night, 11pm. My dogs were going ape-sh!t, thought the big one was gonna bust through the underground fence.
Me: "Hey, you mind not provoking my dogs by throwing firecrackers in my front yard?"
Punk: "F U old man, go put a shirt on"
*I actually chuckled, then spent the next 30 minutes trying to find my paintball gun until my wife convinced me to use my aggression toward something more pleasurable. Still wish I could've found my freaking paintball gun...
