Saw the prints on this when it was out for bid. That map room is really freaking cool. Its an actual dynamic model of the coastline. I will be making a visit once its done to see it in action.

Pastime is north of the Bridge, so it's good.

Nicholson Gateway is South of this. Basically, the Nicholson Corridor is 3 groupings of massive developments tied together by a streetcar. There's the Water Campus to the north, Nicholson Gateway to the south by LSU, and a big mixed use development in the middle.

This looks badass! And I'm all for it!

...but where in the hell are we getting the funding for that? Didnt they just "let go" a bunch of faculty?
