This is while at work. It is annoying and work gets delayed. No direct supervisor present on the evening shift.

You mean the modern female employee? I've got one dude that checks fb on his phone at work and all the other guys could give a shite about social media because they are guys.

Every girl I ever worked with in the service industry spent more time on FB/texting than working. Some would even use their phone while talking to customers.

We are all on social media at work. I usually don't give a shite if something is delayed because of it. I just take care of it myself or go around/above the person

I'm at home. My cell remains nearly fully charge b/c I dont hardly get on my phone besides during lunch.

This is pet peeve of mine. I get a new student every 6 weeks and I review my written cell phone policy very carefully with them. Haven't had any problems.
